Testing 1,2,3...

After much persuasion from friends and family members, I have decided to try blogging. Those who know me, know that this is a great undertaking for me; as I am not the most technologically advanced person out there. I hope that this "blog" will not only keep us connected with our friends and family members, but also serve as an online "scrapbook/journal/history" for our family. Nothing wrong with trying to hit two birds with one stone. (eew, does someone have a different saying for that? I don't want to hit any birds with any stones!)
